Ordering and Availability

How far in advance can I place an order?

Orders can be placed up to 12 weeks in advance. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred date.
What is the minimum notice for placing an order?

We require at least 24 hours, notice for most orders (subject to availability).
Are you open every day?

Yes, Eat Up Catering is open 7 days a week, including weekend and bank holidays.
Is there a minimum order amount?

Yes, a minimum order value applies depending on your delivery distance, this will be shown at checkout.

Cancellations & Delivery

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change and will always do our best to accommodate where possible.

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before delivery are eligible for rescheduling or a full credit.

Cancellations made between 48 and 72 hours before delivery may receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of delivery are non-refundable, as preparation and sourcing will already be underway.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to amend or cancel your order.
What areas do you deliver to?

We currently deliver across London, with a focus on West, Inner and Central areas.

Local areas include: Shepherd's Bush, Hammersmith, Acton, Notting Hill

West & Inner London: Kensington, Chelsea, Fulham, Paddington, Marylebone

Central London & The City: Soho, Covent Garden, The City of London, Canary Wharf, London Bridge

We also offer delivery beyond a 10 mile radius for an additional charge.
What delivery times can I choose?

During checkout, you can select a preferred delivery window. We ask you to choose a 30-minute time frame so we can plan your delivery efficiently.
How are delivery charges calculated?

We deliver within a 10-mile radius of W12. For locations beyond 10 miles, an additional charge applies.


Delivery Charges are based on distance and calculated as follows:

Local (0-3 miles) - £15.00

Shepherd's Bush, Hammersmith, Acton, Notting Hill

West & Inner London (3-6 miles) - £25.00

Kensington, Chelsea, Fulham, Paddington, Marylebone

Central London & The City (6-10 miles) - £40.00

Soho, Covent Garden, The City of London, Canary Wharf, London Bridge

Extended Delivery (10+ miles ) - £45.00. An additional charge of £2.50 per miles applies beyond 10 miles.

Delivery charges will be confirmed at checkout.

If your location falls outside these areas, please contact us to confirm availability.

Services and Set-Ups

Do you offer different service styles?

Yes, we provide two main options:

  • Drop-Off Service: Your food is freshly prepared, boxed in eco-friendly
    packaging, and delivered ready to serve.

  • Styled Set-Up Service: We present your dishes beautifully on our ceramic boards, bowls, and risers, with optional flowers or foliage. Staff can also be arranged for an extra cost to present and serve your food.
Do you provide equipment?

We supply serving bowls, trays, and risers for styled set-ups. These items remain the property of Eat Up Catering and will be collected after your event. Please note that any lost or damaged items may incur a replacement fee.
How long does a set-up take?

Depending on the size of your event, a styled set-up usually takes between 1 hour and 2.5 hours.

We’ll agree timing with you when you book, so everything runs smoothly.
Do you provide staff for events?

Yes, we can provide professional staff to serve and clear away after your event.

Food

Are your menus halal?

Yes, all our meat is 100% halal.
Do you offer gluten free, vegan, or other dietary options?

Absolutely! Most of our dishes can be made gluten-free, vegan or vegetarian. Simply select the option when ordering, or contact us to discuss special requirements.
Will the food look exactly like the pictures?

We work with the freshest seasonal produce, so there may be slight variations in appearance, but your dishes will always be vibrant, fresh, and beautifully presented.
What if I can’t find what I need on the website?

We love creating bespoke menus! If you don’t see exactly what you’re looking for, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to tailor something for you.
