Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Eat Up Catering. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services and products. By accessing or using our offerings, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our services
Orders
All catering orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Orders are considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation has been issued.
Eat Up Catering reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in exceptional circumstances.
Guest Numbers
For catering services priced per person, such as grazing tables or curated event tables, the number of guests selected at the time of booking will determine the quantity of food prepared.
Any increases in guest numbers may be accommodated subject to availability.
Food Quantity & Portioning
Eat Up catering prepares food quantities based on the number of guests confirmed at the time of booking.
Our Catering menus are designed to create a generous and balanced spread suitable for the number of guests selected. However, as grazing tables and buffet-style catering re intended for shared dining, individual consumptions may vary between guests.
Eat Up Catering cannot be held responsible due to guest appetite, uneven distribution, or guests serving themselves larger portions.
Final Guest Numbers
Final guest numbers must be confirmed at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or event date.
Once this deadline has passed, reductions in guest numbers may not be eligible for a refund, as food preparation may already be underway.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of placing an order through our website unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices listed on the website are subject to change without notice; however, confirmed orders will always be honoured at the agreed price.
Delivery & Setup
Delivery times are agreed during the ordering process. While we aim to deliver at the requested time, delays caused by circumstances outside our control may occasionally occur.
For styled grazing tables or event tables, our team will arrive on-site to arrange and style the display where applicable.
The client is responsible for ensuring suitable access and sufficient surface space for setup.
Venue Access
The client is responsible for ensuring that suitable access to the venue is available at the agreed delivery or setup time.
Eat Up Catering must be informed in advance of any security procedures, parking restrictions, lift access, loading requirements, or other venue-related conditions that may affect delivery or setup.
Delays caused by venue access restrictions may affect the timing or quality of service.
Cancellations
We understand that plans can change and will always do our best to accommodate where possible.
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before delivery are eligible for rescheduling or a full credit.
Cancellations made between 48 and 72 hours before delivery may receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of delivery are non-refundable, as preparation and sourcing will already be underway.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to amend or cancel your order.
Order Amendments
If you need to amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable changes where possible.
However, due to the nature of fresh food preparation, amendments may not always be possible close to the event date.
Last-Minute Changes
Requests for last-minute changes, including guest numbers, delivery times or setup requirements, may not always be possible.
We will always do our best to assist, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Event Delays
If your event is delayed, please notify us as soon as possible.
Eat Up Catering cannot guarantee that food quality, presentation, or service timing will remain the same if delivery, setup, or service is delayed for an extended period after arrival.
Dietary Requirements & Allergies
Eat Up Catering offers a variety of menu options that may be suitable for different dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free selections.
Customers must inform us of any dietary requirements or food allergies when placing their order so that we can advise on suitable options where possible.
While we take care to minimise cross-contamination during preparation, our food is prepared in environments where common allergens may be present. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from allergens.
Customers are responsible for communicating any relevant dietary information to their guests.
Menu Substitutions & Seasonal Variations
Eat Up Catering uses fresh, seasonal ingredients and carefully sourced products to create our catering displays.
While we aim to replicate the menu selections and visual style shown on our website and marketing materials as closely as possible, ingredients, garnishes, and presentation may vary depending on seasonal availability and supplier stock.
In some circumstances, Eat Up Catering may substitute certain items with similar products of equal or higher quality without prior notice.
Due to the nature of fresh produce, colours, textures, and exact presentation may vary slightly from photographs or previous displays.
These variations are part of working with fresh and seasonal ingredients and do not affect the overall quality, quantity, or experience of the catering service provided.
Display & Styling Variations
All grazing tables and catering displays created by Eat Up Catering are styled individually by hand.
While we aim to create displays that reflect the style and quality shown in our website and social media photographs, each table is unique and may vary slightly in layout, styling, ingredients, colours, and presentation.
Images shown on our website or social media platforms are provided as examples of previous work and are intended to demonstrate the general style and presentation of our catering.
Exact replication of displays shown in photographs cannot be guaranteed.
Food Safety & Consumption
All food provided by Eat Up Catering is freshly prepared and intended to be consumed shortly after delivery or setup.
For food safety reasons, we recommend that grazing tables and buffet-style catering are consumed within 2–3 hours of delivery or setup, particularly when displayed at room temperature.
Leftover Food & Takeaway
If food remains after the event and guests choose to take food away or store leftovers, this is done entirely at their own risk.
Eat Up Catering cannot accept responsibility for the quality or safety of food once it has been removed from the event space, stored, transported, or handled by guests after service.
Equipment & Styling Items
Where serving equipment, styling elements, trays, bowls, boards, or display pieces are provided, these remain the property of Eat Up Catering and may be collected after the event where applicable.
Loss or Damage to Equipment
The client is responsible for ensuring that any equipment, serving items, trays, boards, or styling elements provided by Eat Up Catering are kept safe and returned in good condition. Eat Up Catering reserves the right to charge for any loss, theft, or damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Force Majeure
Eat Up Catering shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing our services where such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
This may include extreme weather conditions, venue closures, road disruptions, power outages, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.
Where possible, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule services.
Liability
Eat Up Catering shall not be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control that prevent or delay delivery or service.
Our liability shall be limited to the value of the catering order.

If you tag @EatUpCatering or mention our business on social media, you grant Eat Up Catering permission to repost or share your content on our website or social media platforms for promotional purposes.
