Next Day Catering Required in London: What You Can Get in Short Notice?

You need lunch for 20 people tomorrow, and that shouldn't require a string of emails just to get it ordered. At Eat Up, most straightforward, simple orders require 24-48 hours notice, subject to availability. You can choose from the menu and order online without requesting a separate quote.

If you have less than 24 hours, get in touch first. I’ll let you know what is possible rather than have you place an order we cannot accommodate. Make an Enquiry.

What can you order?

For short-notice catering, start with the existing menu rather than trying to build something bespoke.

What you’re organising Where I’d start
Breakfast meeting Pastries, filled bagels, fruit or breakfast pots
Working lunch Individual lunch boxes, particularly if people are eating at their desks
Shared team lunch Sandwich and wrap platters, with salads or sides
A fuller meal Hot dishes with rice and sides, subject to availability
Afternoon refreshments Sweet treats, fruit and drinks

These options are available across our online collections. The dishes you can book at short notice will depend on the order and availability.

Feeding 10 or more people? Sort the main meal first

It’s easy to add a bit of everything to the basket and still be unsure whether you’ve ordered enough lunch. I’d first decide what makes up each person’s meal. Then add the salads, sides or something sweet.

eat up lunch boxes

For individual meals, our lunch boxes come in sets of five. Four sets give you 20 lunches. The collection includes roasted chicken and greens, salmon and citrus, and vegetable curry boxes, so check which choices suit your group before ordering.

For sharing platters, check the serving guidance on each product and build the order around how many people you are feeding. You can then add salads, sides and sweet treats to create a more generous spread, with vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options available across the menu.

You may also order hot food, with each portion designed to serve around 12 guests. It’s a great option when you want lunch to feel more substantial, and you can add salads, sides and dietary-friendly dishes to build out the meal.

Check these details before checkout

A short deadline makes it worth getting these right the first time.

Dietary requirements. Our menu includes vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options, and all our meat is halal. Please check the suitability of the dishes you select. If anyone has an allergy, contact us before ordering: our kitchen handles allergens, and we cannot guarantee food is completely allergen-free.

Delivery timing. Allow time to receive the food and put it out before people need to eat. Any applicable minimum order value is also shown at checkout.

Building access. Add the correct entrance, reception instructions, floor and an on-site contact number. Please mention loading or lift arrangements too. We deliver across West, Inner and Central London, with other locations subject to confirmation; delivery charges are confirmed at checkout.

Need more than a food delivery?

Lunch tomorrow and a fully staffed event tomorrow are different requests. If you need a styled table, equipment, staff, a particularly large order or something outside the online menu, speak to me first. Those arrangements need checking separately, even when you have 24-48 hours to plan. You may only need a ready-to-serve delivery. There’s no reason to add more planning if that already does the job.

Ready to get tomorrow’s catering sorted?

Choose your food, check the quantities and dietary options, then add your delivery details and complete your order online. Most orders need at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. If the timing is tighter or you need help deciding, get in touch before ordering.
