How quickly will you reply?

We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours.
What information should I include?

Your event dates, guest numbers, delivery postcode and the type of catering you're looking for are the best place to start. Please also include any dietary requirements, venue details or setup needs that may be helpful.
Can I order directly instead of enquiring?

Yes. Catering can be ordered online. Enquires are best for Canapes, larger events, styled setups or anything that needs a more tailored approach.
Do cater for dietary requirements?

Yes. All of our catering is halal, with vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options available. Please tell us about any allergies, intolerances or specific dietary requirements when enquiring so we can advise you on suitable choices.
How much notice should i give you?

For standard online orders, we require at least 48 hours notice. For canapes, larger events, styled setup or more tailored catering, we recommend getting in touch as early as possible.
