Catering Delivery Across London
We deliver Eat Up Catering orders across London for office catering, meetings, events and private gatherings.
Delivery charges are based on distance from our W12 kitchen and are shown or confirmed when ordering. If your location is outside our usual delivery area, please contact us and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
Charges
Delivery charges are calculated according to distance from our W12 kitchen and confirmed at checkout.
0–3 miles - £15
3–6 miles - £25
6–10 miles - £40
10+ miles - from £45, plus £2.50 per additional mile
Delivery Times
You can select your preferred 30-minute delivery window when ordering.
We always plan deliveries carefully, but London traffic, road closures and circumstances outside our control can occasionally affect arrival times. If there is a significant delay, we’ll do our best to keep you informed.
For larger events and peak dates, we recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred time.
Access, Parking & Loading
Please let us know about any relevant venue access information when ordering, including loading bays, parking restrictions, security procedures, reception requirements, stairs or restricted access.
Having this information in advance helps us plan your delivery properly and avoid unnecessary delays.
Drop-off Catering
Our Drop-off catering is delivered ready for you to arrange and serve. Food is carefully packed for transport and presentation.
Where possible, we use practical, recyclable or biodegradable packaging.
Styled Tables
For Styled Brunch, Lunch Tables and Styled Catering the delivery time selected when booking is the time you would like your table ready for your guests.
Our team will contact you to arrange an earlier arrival time for setup. Styled setups usually take approximately 1–3 hours, depending on guest numbers, the table and venue requirements.
Our Charcuterie Grazing Table is also arranged on site by our team.
Collection of Equipment
Where Eat Up serving pieces, display items or styling equipment are included as part of your service, we’ll arrange collection with you after the event.
Please keep all Eat Up equipment safe and together until collection.
